Dinner in DC (202) 237-7800: A perfect dining experience!

“…My granny had a pleasant experience at this restaurant together with some of her friends from church. One of them was celebrating her birthday. She insisted that I write a review of how much of a great time they had at Chef Geoff's DT. The reserved tables were ready when they got there and very nicely done. Service was fast, without errors, and waiter was polite. He had a great personality. He remembered all the requests and special instructions, took note of them quickly, and made sure these were delivered as requested. He gave excellent suggestions plus made sure glasses of water were refilled constantly. To sum it up, all of them had great time -- a perfect dining experience so to speak. Once my grandma likes something, she never stops talking about it. They are planning another get together lunch soon at Chef Geoff's and they will be bringing more friends with them.”

Washington DC Restaurant (202) 237-7800: Fresh and crispy veggies

“…Every time I come to Chef Geoff's you can expect a mix crowd of customers. You will find some college guys in one corner and executive type people at the other corner. You will also spot some families having dinner. I like to sit in one corner of the restaurant and observe people. Since I am alone most of the time, observing people while eating and drinking has gotten to be a habit of mine. No, I don't come here to observe people, but for the good food. I always have the crispy calamari.  For the burger, I'd choose the #16 Next burger anytime. It's not too greasy and the veggies are always fresh and crispy. The Korean chicken wings and the balsamic ribs are also top on my list. There are a lot of options to choose from. And they're all deliciously cooked.”

Best restaurant in DC (202) 237-7800: Happy Hour Specials

“…Last week, I received a surprise call from a long lost friend in college. She’s in Vienna to attend a wedding.  I invited her to dinner at Lia’s.  It was a Wednesday night so I thought it was a slow night. As it turned out, the restaurant was almost full when we got there around 7.  We noticed that there were a lot of people at the lounge area enjoying the Happy Hour Specials. This is not my first time at Lia’s. I like coming back here because aside from the good food and great wine selection, I am always impressed at how they kept everything clean.    I’m always apprehensive in using the public toilet, especially since some places don’t have good maintenance. Not at Lia’s. The ladies’ room is always clean and no stinky smell.  My friend also liked Lia’s. She’s appreciative that I chose the right place to dine so we can have a pleasant time catching up on each other’s life.”

Happy Hour Washington DC (202) 237-7800: Big food portions!

“…Whenever my boss is around, for sure dinner will be at Chef Geoff's Tysons Corner. And since his schedule always falls on a Monday, that means, Happy Hour plus dinner. He is such a big fan of Chef Geoff's. He likes the big food portions and the full service treatment he gets from the staff. There are so many types of beer to choose from and they’re served in super sized mugs. The ladies can either choose wine or sangria if they prefer, it over beer. Sometimes we skip dinner as we already are filled with too   much appetizers paired with our drinks. Personally, I like Chef Geoff's too. The place is lively and at the same time gives a comfy feel. Every time we know our boss is coming over to visit, we prepare our big appetites.”

Best restaurant in DC (202) 237-7800: Happy Hour at the bar!

“…For me eating out has never been a joy until I discovered CG Tysons. It's a nice place with incredible service and great tasting food. In some restaurants, it’s either just a nice place but poor service & lousy food. Not at Chef Geoff's, you get all three. The first time I was here was last year. I was walking down the street when suddenly it rained. I took shelter inside Chef Geoff's and noticed some people having Happy Hour at the bar. 30 minutes later, the rain stopped, but I was already starting to enjoy Happy Hour and was busy talking with a couple of other customers.  I stayed for another 2 to 3 hours before heading home. After that experience, I became a regular customer until now.”

Happy Hour Washington DC (202) 237-7800: Surely love the food at Lia’s

“…Had a business lunch last week at Lia's with a couple of investors. On top of closing the deal, the investors were delighted with the food we had. I also would like to commend the server. Throughout the whole meeting he was quick to provide us with our orders and other requests. He was pleasant to talk to and even gave good food suggestions and drinks. One of the investors, who are here for only a few days, mentioned he is bringing his wife to Lia's the next day. He added, like him, he is sure his wife would love the food at Lia's.”

Where to Eat Out DC (202) 237-7800: Spectacularly delicious foods!

“…We had a great time at Chef Geoff's last week.  All four of us chose different entrees and each were spectacularly delicious. It was a bit pricey but for its amazing taste, it was all worth it. Compliments to the Chef for a job well done. We want to order more but we were already too full. We'll be back sometime soon to try the other food in the menu. We look forward to it.”
